How often do you visit our property?
Most customers opt for our Once a Month service, but it depends what you prefer - we do also offer every other month or quarterly cleans which will give your trash cans a regular clean, and we do offer a one-time clean - we visit on the same day as your weekly garbage collection - see our pricing.
What service do you offer?
We offer a regaular service cleaning your trash can (s), but we also go a step further, using specialized, eco-friendly trucks ensuring no water esacpes into storm drians. Click here for a full description of our services.
Do you clean all year round?
Yes, absolutely, we work all year round.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No, there is no need for a contract. There are different levels of commitment to our service depending on which pricing plan you choose - see our Terms of Service.
How do you guarantee satisfaction?
We ensure your satisfaction by re-visiting your property at, or before, your next garbage collection cycle, if you let us know you’re not happy with the service
Are you fully insured?
Yes, we are a professional organization and so carry worker’s compensation and liability insurance.
How long do I need to leave my trash can out?
We do need to ensure that your trash can has been emptied before we perform our service, and so we do operate some time after the garbage service. However, the latest we ever envisage your trash can at your curbside is 7pm.
How will I know when you’ve been?
Other than having a clean and fresh trash can, we do leave an easily removable label to say your cart has been cleaned.
Once I’ve ordered the service, when will you come out?
We will contact you once we have received your order to let you know when we will start your service. You will either be allocated the first, second, third or fourth week of the month on your garnage collection day. This will then be your regular service week going forward, each month, every other month, or quarter.
What about bad weather - do you still turn up?
We work in all but the very worst weather conditions. Very heavy rainfall, lightning or heavy snowfall will prevent us from cleaning your trash can. In such circumstances we will endeavor to clean your trash can on the next garbage cycle. You will only ever be charged for a successful clean, so if bad weather means your service is missed for an entire month, don’t worry you will not be charged.
Do you work on holidays?
The days we do not work are New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day. If your service falls on one of those days we will follow whatever your garbage collection service do - usually operating on the next day.
Do I have to sign up all of my trash cans?
No, but as we identify your trash cans with a unique number, you cannot alternate between your cans if you have more than one.
Can I get a one-time only service?
Yes, we encourage one-time only cleans as we realize not everyone wants regular service, and it also gives us an opportunity to show what we can do. The price for a one-time clean is here.
What if I have taken my trash can inside by mistake on my regular cleaning day?
We will endeavor to put you on the route the week after, although this is not always possible due to routing in certain areas. Please review our Terms of Service.
