Terms of Service - Trash Can Clean Inc.
By using the trashcanclean.com web site, a service of Trash Can Clean Inc., you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”).
Trash Can Clean Inc. reserves the right to update and change the Terms of Service from time to time without notice. Any new features that augment or enhance the current Service, including the release of new tools and resources, shall be subject to the Terms of Service. Continued use of the Service after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
By ordering the service you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.
You can request the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time by contacting the Trash Can Clean office by telephone on 972-939-0363.
Access to Property
- By ordering the service you are agreeing to allow Trash Can Clean staff members access to the edge of your property, where the trash cans are situated, on the designated service day, each month.
- If a Trash Can Clean staff member is not allowed access to your trash cans on the designated service day, for whatever reason, the service will be recorded as completed and will be chargeable. You will be informed of the reason access to your trash cans was prevented.
- If you have not placed your trash cans out for garbage or recycling collection on your designated day, we cannot provide our service as the cans will still be full. In this instance the service will be recorded as completed, and will be chargeable.
Billing & Pricing
- During the ‘Introductory Offer (1st clean of a regular monthly service), the first clean is charged at $1. For the next service, one month after the first clean has been completed, you will be charged the regular $6.95 or $7.95 rate each month until you cancel (depending on which service you opted for).
- If you took advantage of the $6.95 rate for monthly service, you are committed to receiving 12 months of service.
- If you opted for the $7.95 rate for monthly service, we require 90 days notice of cancellation. If you cancel within the first 3 months of service, the 1 Time Clean rate of $35 will become chargeable.
- All Other regular services, such as Every Other Month or Quarterly have a 12 month commitment to the service from the date of order.
- You may then cancel at any time in line with the above stipulations, but the service will carry on each interval (month, every other month, or quarter) based on the assumption that you wish to continue with the service at your agreed rate.
- Trash Can Clean Inc. currently offer two methods of payment; credit/debit card or checks. We prefer to keep the usage of paper to a minimum, as an environmentally aware company, and as such can charge your credit/debit car in advance of service, each month. Any checks must be received in advance of service provided and must be for 3 months of service. We will not pick up checks on a service day.
- If, due to extreme weather conditions, we are unable to provide the service your account will be credited for the full amount and taken into account in the next payment run. In most cases though we will attempt to provide your service within two days.
- If you have ordered the service online for an area outside our specified service areas and require a refund, a $10 Administration charge will be added to complete the refund transaction.
- The prices for the service are outlined below. Trash Can Clean Inc. reserves the right to change prices at any time, whilst always informing you, the customer.

- These prices are applicable for residential services in areas that Trash Can Clean already operates within. For prices for any commercial jobs please contact us for a free quote.
Guarantee/Complaints
- Trash Can Clean Inc. offers a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. We ensure your satisfaction by re-visiting your property at or before your next weekly garbage collection cycle, following your notification that you are not satisfied that your trash can has been cleaned properly. Notification must be made to the Trash Can Clean office telephone number 972-939-0363. If the notification is out of normal business hours, a message can be left with our answering service to be dealt with the on the next working day.

We are committed to responding to your complaint in a professional and courteous manner and to try our utmost to resolve any situation to the satisfaction of you, the customer.
Cancellation & Termination of Service
- You can put your account on hold to skip a month as long as we have received notice within 24 hours of the start (8.00am) of your designated service day. You will not be charged any extra when the service resumes as long as it is not longer than two months. For any periods longer than that a charge may be applicable based on the first time cleaning charges once service resumes.
- Similarly you can terminate the service at any time as long as long as we have received notice within 24 hours of the start (8.00am) of your designated service day, and after the 12 month commitment or 90 days notice has been completed (whichever applies to your pricing plan). In this situation, we will continue to provide, and charge for, service until your notice period has expired. We reserve the right to charge for the remainder of the 12 month commitment in one payment if a cancellation is received within the first 12 months of service.
- You are solely responsible for properly skipping service or terminating your service. A telephone notification is required. Email is not considered cancellation as they can be missed or caught in spam filters.
General
- Trash Can Clean Inc., in its sole discretion, has the right to suspend or terminate your service for any reason, at any time.
- Trash Can Clean Inc. reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
- Trash Can Clean Inc. shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.
- The use of the service is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ basis.
- Verbal, physical, written or other abuse (including threats of abuse or retribution) of any Trash Can Clean customer or employee will result in immediate termination of service.
- You expressly understand and agree that Trash Can Clean Inc. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages.
- By ordering the service you understand that we may send you communications via electronic mail. You will have the opportunity to opt-out of receiving electronic mail from us by following the opt-out instructions provided in the message.
- The days we do not work are New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day. If your service falls on one of those days we will clean your yard either directly before or after the holiday in line with what your garbage collection service are doing.
